SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4 Utah News) – Questions remain more than a year after a homeless man’s death because of what he left behind.

People who work at Peterson Development on 225 South, 200 East say he was a Puerto Rican man in his 60s or 70s. He was a panhandler who carried around a few meager possessions and a huge secret.

Lori Johnstun saw him almost every day. She’s the Office Manager at Peterson Development where Isaac slept in the parking garage.

“He didn’t have any front teeth and his hair was kind of scragg..it was thin and he looked very Hispanic,” Johnstun said. “He was slight of stature and he was quiet and always a gentleman and very respectful to me.”
